OUR ETERNITY: JAYVIK ZINE is a for-charity Arcane zine spotlighting the relationship between Jayce and Viktor through one of their Journals!
All products in this shop are pre-order products and will be sent for production when pre-orders close on Dec 1st. After that, it will take approx. 2 - 3 months to ship out all orders. We will be posting all the production updates on our social media accounts.
All remaining funds will be donated to Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF)

- What do I do if I need to update my shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] if you need to update your shipping address. Please include your name and order number. Changes will not be allowed once orders begin to ship.

If your package is returned to us, we can ship it to you again, but you will be responsible for additional shipping costs
- What is your return/exchange policy?

You can cancel your order before the Pre-Order period ends on Dec 1st. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] if you need to cancel your pre-order during this period. No changes can be made to your order after this period.

Our Eternity is not responsible for any damage that occurs to packages in transit, please contact the team within 1 week of receiving any damaged goods to inquire about replacements or partial refunds.

Our Eternity is not responsible for any lost orders due to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer or orders that are shipped to the buyer's old address.
- Will the zine ship internationally?

Orders will be shipped from the US. International shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. We are able to ship to any countries not included on this list alongside Israel.
